Desert Sky Mall

The redevelopment of Desert Sky Mall included improvements to the interior and exterior areas of this 500,000 sf regional shopping center, which included approximately 150,000 sf of common areas.

The food court area received a complete makeover, as well as the restrooms at both ends of the center. We also made dramatic improvements to Center Court, which is home to a newly designed guest services kiosk where security dispatch will be integrated.

Externally, the existing five entrances received new storefront glass systems with signature canopies and pylon structures. Three of the five entrances were reconfigured with new drop off lanes, pedestrian walkways, and hardscape improvements.

Lastly, the entire parking area was refinished, and all of the existing landscaping and site lighting was completely redone.
