We recently completed this high-end office tenant improvement project in Silicon Valley for a leading international software developer for whom we have performed on multiple projects across several of our company’s regions. This challenging project underwent an amazing transformation from a vacant biotech lab to a class A office build-out in only four and a half months. The project included the demolition of the existing space to a shell and core condition. We then constructed new offices with a sliding wall system, video conferencing rooms, a multi-purpose room, and added all new mechanical, electrical, and networking systems. We also finished the build-out of a high-density server lab.
