The Kruse Oaks III project is targeting a LEED Gold certification by providing efficient MEP systems and reducing water use by utilizing low flow plumbing fixtures and irrigation systems.  The building also utilizes recycled and low emitting materials and follow a waste management plan.  An electric car charging station is accessible from the side of the building.

The main office building is a 5-story, 114,500 sf core and structure with an associated 2-level 85,000 sf parking structure.  It is situated next to the existing office building, Kruse Oaks II, which has similar design features.
