The UC Hastings College of the Law Mixed use Project is a 7-story facility with first floor retail (10,000 sf) and six elevated floors for vehicle parking. The foundation contains drilled caisson piles, pile caps and grade beams. The first floor retail is enclosed by aluminum frame storefront glazing system. The exterior of the structure consists of plaster on metal framing,ceramic tile over plaster, glass curtain wall, CMU, metal louvers, architectural aluminum tube extrusions, and painted architectural concrete. The building contains two traction elevators and two sets of metal pan stairs.
