The Jewish Day School of Metropolitan Seattle was a two-phase project on an occupied school campus. Phase I included a new centralized playfield and landscaping improvements at the front entrance of the school. Phase II consisted of a new gym building, basketball court, significant landscaping, and improvements to the access road. The new building features large, energy saving translucent skylights and clerestory windows, and a unique passive ventilation system.
