BlackRock at Two Union Square

This project included a complete re-build of the top three floors at Two Union Square in downtown Seattle.  The project was managed in six phases, taking 14 months to complete.  The entire project was 51,500 sf with high-end, Class A finishes ranging from custom heartwood glass to art-glass features from the Peter David Studio.  HSW played a leading role in constructing a $1M, suspended internal stair system that connects each floor.  This project is LEED registered with a certification goal of Silver.
