Managing the Process:

• assess the client's requirements & budgets early
• assemble pre-qualified design & construction teams
• provide design direction & clarification to ensure that budget & schedule milestones are achieved
• coordinate with various internal vendors of the client to provide consistency in project delivery
• work with the construction teams to prepare preliminary estimates, format budget approval documents and finalize construction estimates
• maintain the project financials and prepare monthly reporting for client's internal processing
